North Ember Ventures LLC wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement covers northemberventures.com in English and Spanish.
1. What we have done
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, landmarks and a skip link.
- Full keyboard use, including the mobile menu and the form, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and interface colors checked against the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast targets.
- All content is readable without JavaScript; the form also works without it.
- Animation is minimal and is switched off when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced in text, not by color alone.
- Every image that carries meaning has a text alternative in both languages.
- A visible language switch links to the same page in the other language.
2. How we checked
On October 20, 2026 we tested the pages at widths from 320 to 1440 pixels in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit, by keyboard, with JavaScript disabled and with reduced motion enabled. We have not commissioned an independent audit and we do not claim certification against WCAG or any other standard.
3. Known limits
- The logo is an image; its name is provided as text for assistive technology.
- The sample responsibility map is a table that becomes a stacked list on small screens; its reading order is kept.
