Recommendations are based on the information available for the agreed engagement. Decisions and outcomes also depend on the client's circumstances, implementation and factors outside the consultancy's control.
Business organization, process improvements and implementation support do not include investment management, custody of client money or authority to make decisions on behalf of the client unless separately agreed and legally permitted.
Services described on this website are not a substitute for regulated legal, tax or investment advice.
Scope, deliverables and responsibilities are agreed in writing before an engagement starts.
